* Extension of Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) for a **30 MW grid-connected wind project** under GUVNL’s Wind Tender (III) due to **Force Majeure events**
* Challenge to GUVNL letters dated **06.09.2024** and **18.10.2024** rejecting extension request
* Note: Petitioner paid Liquidated Damages under protest
