SJVN invites online bids for the **design, engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) of a 50 MW grid-connected solar PV power project in Gujarat**, along with **10 years of comprehensive O\&M services**.

### **Eligibility Criteria**
1. **Technical Experience:**
* Executed at least **1 solar power project ≥40 MW**, OR
* 2 projects ≥25 MW each, OR
* 3 projects ≥20 MW each in the last 7 years.
2. **Financial Strength:**
* Average annual turnover of **₹250 Cr or more in the last 3 years**.
* Positive net worth as per latest audited financial year.
3. **Other Requirements:**
* PAN, GST, EPF, ESI compliance.
* No blacklisting by PSU/Government.

### **Tender Fee & Bid Security**
* **Tender Fee:** ₹29,500 (non-refundable).
* **Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):** ₹5 Crores, via Bank Guarantee or Online Payment.

### **Scope of Work**
* Complete **EPC package** for 50 MW Solar PV Project:
* Civil & electrical works, module mounting structures, transmission line up to interconnection point.
* Testing, commissioning, and synchronization with state grid.
* **10 Years O\&M**: Preventive & corrective maintenance, spares, manpower, performance guarantees.

### **Evaluation & Award**
* **Two-Envelope Bidding:** Technical + Financial.
* Only technically qualified bidders’ price bids will be opened.
* L1 bidder awarded contract.
* SJVN reserves rights to accept/reject bids without assigning reasons.
