### **Eligibility Criteria**
1. **Manufacturer Requirement:**
* Only **Indian Solar PV Module Manufacturers** listed in **MNRE-ALMM** are eligible.
2. **Technical Standards:**
* PV modules must conform to **IS 14286 / IEC 61215 / IEC 61730** standards.
* Minimum **wattage per module ≥ 540Wp**.
3. **Financial Strength:**
* Positive net worth in last audited year.
* Annual turnover ≥ ₹500 Cr in last 3 years.

### **Tender Fee & Bid Security**
* **Tender Fee:** ₹29,500 (non-refundable).
* **EMD:** ₹5 Cr via Bank Guarantee or Online Payment.

### **Scope of Supply**
* **401 MW of crystalline silicon solar PV modules** with required certifications.
* Delivery schedule in **phased lots** as per CEL’s project execution plan.
* Modules to be supplied with **10-year product warranty** and **25-year performance warranty**.

### **Evaluation & Award**
* **Two-Part Bidding:** Technical + Financial evaluation.
* Only technically qualified bidders’ price bids will be opened.
* Contract awarded to **L1 bidder (lowest evaluated price)**.
