b) **Exclusions:** Rationale for deletion of items commissioned close to COD.
c) **Freehold Land Value:** Difference in reported increase (₹51.30 lakh vs. ₹53.52 lakh vouchers) to be reconciled.
d) **Arbitration Matters:**

* *M/s Karam Chand Thapar* – AFC computation with/without principal in Excel.
* *M/s Gammon* – Notional interest claim of ₹15.46 Cr in Excel.

* **Respondents allowed** to file replies by **24.09.2025** (copy to NHPC).

* **NHPC may file rejoinder** by **08.10.2025**.
