### **1. Case Background**

* **Matter:** Petition to devise a mechanism to implement Commission’s **Tariff Order No. 05 of 2024 (dated 31.08.2024)** by relaxing the requirement to install a **Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) at each Wind Turbine Generator (WTG)**.

### **2. Petitioner’s Submissions**

* Complied with Commission’s interim order dated **17.12.2024**.
* Furnished undertakings to SLDC to provide real-time WTG data on required parameters.

### **3. Respondent’s Submissions**

* RTUs installed at **12 WTGs**, commissioning of **28.6 MW** completed as of **20.01.2025**.
* Petitioner agreed to provide real-time data and to accommodate any changes/modifications based on field data verification.

### **4. Commission’s Observations & Directions**

* Earlier order dated **17.01.2025** directed Petitioner to join all stakeholders who were heard in Order No. 05 of 2024 and file a compliance affidavit.
* Petitioner has not yet complied; directed **again** to:

* Amend memo of parties to join all stakeholders from Order No. 05 of 2024.
* File compliance affidavit within **7 days**.
* Newly joined parties allowed **15 days** to file submissions (copy to Petitioner).
* Petitioner allowed **10 days** thereafter to respond (copy to joined parties).
* Parties to complete pleadings before next hearing.
* Next hearing date to be intimated separately.
