### **Objective**
NTPC invites bids for the **supply and installation of 500 solar street lights** at **Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh** under its **CSR initiative – 2025**. The work will be executed at the **Tanda Super Thermal Power Project**, Distt. Ambedkarnagar, UP.

### **Scope of Work**
* Supply, installation, and commissioning of **500 solar street lights**.
* Completion period: **3 months** from date of payment release by **M/s UP Small Industries Corporation Ltd.**
* Extension possible on vendor request, with interest charges on advances for delays.
* **Defect Liability Period:** 5 years, including **Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC)** free of cost.

### **Key Contract Terms**
* **Security Deposit:** 5% of contract value.
* **Payment Terms:**
* 50% advance to UP Small Industries Corporation Ltd. before start of work.
* Balance 50% after completion & certification by Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).
* **Price Basis:** Firm & fixed (exclusive of GST, payable as actuals).
* **Liquidated Damages:** As per NTPC GCC O\&M.
* **Safety Compliance:** 2% of contract value linked to safety adherence.
* **Insurance:** Third-Party Liability Insurance – ₹50 lakh or 110% of contract value (whichever lower).
* **Bid Evaluation:** On lump-sum basis; order on a single agency (no split).

* **MSE Benefits / Purchase Preference:** Not applicable.
* **Integrity Pact & IEMs:** Not applicable.
