### 🔹 Qualifying Criteria

1. **Experience Requirement:**

* Must be an **Engineering Firm** that has executed at least **1 Solar PV Project of 10 MWp or above at a single location**, successfully operating for at least **6 months** before bid submission.
2. **Documents to Submit:**

* Notarized copies of LOI/WO & Completion Certificates.
* Audited balance sheets/turnover for last 3 financial years.
* Bank solvency certificate (not older than 3 months).
* PAN, GST, PF, ESIC registrations.
* Latest IT return acknowledgment & GST compliance proof.
* Litigation history & company legal constitution details.
* Affidavit on no deviation from tender terms.
3. **Restrictions:**

* **No JV/Consortium/SPV/SPE participation allowed.**
* Bidders with poor past performance or legal disputes with BANDR are disqualified.
