### **Objective**
CEL invites **Expressions of Interest** from financially and technically capable **EPC contractors** for **empanelment** to undertake **Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)** works for:
* Solar PV Power Plants
* Solar Home Lighting Systems
* Solar Street Lighting Systems
* Solar Water Pumping Systems
* Other SPV-related projects
Empaneled EPC contractors will be engaged for timely execution of solar projects awarded to CEL.

* **EOI Opening Period:** Continuous, up to **31 March 2026 (15:00 hrs)**
* **EOI Opening Schedule:** Submissions opened on **15th and last working day of every month**

### **Eligibility Criteria**
* Applicants must have relevant **experience as EPC contractors** in SPV projects.
* Must demonstrate **financial and technical capability** for undertaking solar EPC works.
* Supporting documents and credentials must be uploaded with EOI.
