### **2. Petitioner’s Submissions**

* Seeks **90-day extension** for commissioning of 7.8 MW solar power projects at two sites.
* Project is **ready for commissioning**, awaiting **Sr. No. of meter** (after which manufacturing & installation can be completed).
* Commission had earlier directed Respondents to inspect/verify project status, but no inspection done yet.
* Cited **Clause 3.9 of Order No. 06 of 2024**: Developers unable to commission evacuation system, bays & metering within time due to unforeseen reasons may approach Commission for extension.

### **3. Respondents’ Submissions**

* Reply filed on **04.07.2025**.
* Attempted to inspect project, but **could not due to waterlogging at site**.
* Telephonic communication held with Petitioner regarding inspection.

### **4. Commission’s Observations & Directions**

* During hearing on **24.07.2025**, parties **mutually agreed** to conduct inspection on **29.07.2025**.
* Commission directed both parties to submit **joint inspection/verification report within 1 week**.
* Next hearing date to be communicated separately.
