### **Key Proceedings**
1. **Hearing on 27 May 2025**:
* GUVNL informed that despite time given to the respondent to execute the **Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement (BESPA)**, they did not come forward to sign.
* Tariff adoption order was already issued by the Commission on **03 April 2025**.
* As per bid documents, BESPA was required to be signed within **10 days** from tariff adoption (or within any mutually extended date).
* GUVNL had duly communicated with the respondent, but no action was taken from their side.
