### **2. Petitioner’s Submissions**

* Project commissioned on **27.03.2024**.
* Requested **interim tariff @ 95%** of claimed tariff as an interim arrangement until final tariff determination, to meet O\&M and other operational expenses.
* Agreed to submit within **two weeks**:

* EPC, civil, and O\&M contracts
* Loan agreements and financial arrangements
* Board resolutions for equity
* Copy of PPA
* Technical details and project particulars
* Agreed to **issue public notice** inviting stakeholder comments/suggestions.

* Requested time to file reply in the matter.

### **4. Commission’s Observations & Directions**

* **Jurisdiction:** Established under Sections 62 & 86(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (full provisions reproduced in the order).
* **Public Notice:**

* To be issued in **two Gujarati** and **one English** newspaper.
* Petition and documents to be uploaded on Petitioner’s website.
* Stakeholders to submit objections/comments within **30 days** of notice.
* Public notice to mention Petition No., subject matter, and relief sought.
* **Document Filing:**

* Compliance affidavit with published notices to be submitted.
* Commission staff to upload petition and documents on GERC website.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:**

* Commission staff to forward stakeholder submissions to Petitioner.
* Hearing notices to be issued to objectors.
* **Reply Deadlines:**

* Respondent’s reply within **4 weeks** (copy to Petitioner).
* Petitioner’s rejoinder within **3 weeks** of receiving reply (copy to Respondent).
