* **125 solar plants** totalling **276.0 MW** capacity
* **RESCO model** for feeder level solarization (FLS) of various 11 kV feeders in PGVCL under PM KUSUM-C Scheme

### **2. Hearing Proceedings (29 July 2025)**

* **Absence of Objector:**

* Gensol Engineering Limited neither appeared nor sent written communication for inability to attend.
* **Petitioner’s Request:**

* Sought adjournment due to non-appearance of the Objector.

### **3. Commission’s Observations & Directions**

* Adjourned the matter in the interest of justice.
* Noted that the Objector has not appeared since the last hearing.
* Stated that from the next hearing onwards, no further adjournment will be granted on this ground.
* Directed both Petitioner and Objector to **file their written submissions within one week** from the date of this order.
* Next hearing date to be intimated separately.
