### **2. Work Description**
**Name of Work:**
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Mechanical Equipment at NFC, Hyderabad
**Scope:**
* Preventive and breakdown maintenance of various mechanical systems
* Supply and replacement of defective parts/components
* Ensuring operational safety and compliance with statutory norms
* Maintenance records documentation and reporting

### **3. Eligibility / Prequalification Criteria**
* **Experience:**
* At least one similar completed work of 80% of estimated value in the last 7 years, OR
* Two similar works each of 60% value, OR
* Three similar works each of 40% value
* **Financial:** Average annual turnover at least 30% of estimated cost in last 3 financial years
* **Other Requirements:**
* Valid GST registration, PAN
* ESI & EPF registration
* Compliance with safety and labour laws
