* Includes all associated civil, electrical, mechanical works, grid integration, protection systems.
* **O\&M:** Contractor to provide **5 years Comprehensive O\&M** after commissioning.

### 🔑 Eligibility Criteria

* Experience of having executed at least **1 EPC solar project ≥1 MW** in the last **7 years**.
* Annual turnover ≥₹3.47 Crore (30% of tender value) in any of the last 3 years.
* Positive net worth in last FY.
* Consortium/JV allowed (max 2 members).
